This Privacy Policy explains how isignsafe, a service provided by Harrysong Lawyers ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use isignsafe.com.au and our related services (the "Service"). 3. How your contract is processed

To generate your report, the content of your uploaded contract is sent to Anthropic PBC, a third-party artificial intelligence provider, for automated analysis. Anthropic processes this content to generate the review and does not use it to train its models under our commercial terms of use. A copy of your submission (the uploaded PDF and the generated report) is also sent to our internal team via our email provider, Resend, for quality review purposes.

The free AI report is a preliminary, automated summary only. It is not legal advice, and does not create a solicitor-client relationship. It is provided so you can decide whether to seek a formal review from a licensed solicitor or conveyancer.

6. Data retention

If you would like your information deleted, contact us using the details below and we will action your request, subject to any legal or regulatory obligation we have to retain records.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including transmitting data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
