Where you request a Formal Legal Review, a Conveyancing Package, or both, that service is provided directly by Harrysong Lawyers, a licensed Victorian law firm, and is subject to a separate engagement with our firm (including our costs disclosure and client engagement terms, provided to you separately). A solicitor-client relationship is only formed once you have formally engaged Harrysong Lawyers for a paid service — not merely by submitting a booking request or using the free AI report.
Prices shown on the Service are indicative and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. A formal quote or engagement letter will confirm final pricing for your matter.

When you upload a contract, its content is sent to a third-party AI provider for automated analysis, and a copy is retained by our internal team to check the AI tool's output and improve it over time. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
The isignsafe name, branding, website, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Harrysong Lawyers. Your generated report is provided to you for your personal use in evaluating the relevant property contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrysong Lawyers excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the free AI-generated report. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may suspend, withdraw, or change the Service at any time without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
